Seamless Alignment with Taiwan’s Curriculum

Diverse Pathways for Every Learner

Huadong Taiwan Businessman's School follows Taiwan’s education system and national curriculum framework. Students maintain their official student status in Taiwan, use approved Taiwanese textbooks, and receive instruction in Traditional Chinese.

From Elementary School through Junior High and Senior High School, students experience a coherent and continuous learning journey. Whether they continue their studies at Huadong or return to Taiwan due to family needs, they are able to transition smoothly into Taiwan’s education system.

Students may also take Taiwan’s Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior High School Students (CAP) and General Scholastic Ability Test (GSAT) at school in coordination with the official examination schedule, ensuring that their opportunities for further education remain aligned with those of students in Taiwan.

Building Strong Foundations and Future Capabilities

Our curriculum is grounded in Taiwan’s national curriculum while extending beyond core academic learning to provide distinctive programs in:

  • English language education
  • Mathematics and science
  • Arts and creativity
  • Character education
  • International education

Through a comprehensive K–12 curriculum map and strong articulation across school divisions, we support students’ academic development, individual strengths, and future educational pathways.

We also place strong emphasis on self-directed learning, critical thinking, communication, and hands-on application, helping students develop four essential learning capabilities:

To communicate · To listen · To think · To act

With strong academic foundations and diverse learning experiences, students are well prepared to pursue further education in Taiwan, mainland China, and universities around the world.
